SONCAP certificates issued by GARI LEGAS are lodged electronically through the NSW, linking SON, Nigeria Customs and the authorised dealer bank so PAAR generation is not delayed by paperwork.
The HS Code on your e-Form M, Product Certificate and Shipment Certificate must match exactly. We validate codes at application stage so mismatches are caught before the shipment sails.
CNG and LPG accessories follow the SONCAP X scheme with manufacturer registration, model-level certification and per-shipment certificates.
GARI LEGAS operates as a Nigerian-owned inspection and certification body accredited by the Standards Organisation of Nigeria and working to IAF-recognised practice.
